Support boundary

Photo EXIF/MakerNotes from this model normally do not provide a dependable shutter total. We may read ordinary EXIF, but we do not relabel a filename or image number as mechanical actuations. An established USB utility or authorized service inspection is usually required for a precise reading.

Prepare an original file

  • Take a new photo with the camera; keep the RAW file when possible.
  • Copy it with a card reader, cable or original-file transfer.
  • Avoid screenshots, thumbnails, messaging-app compression and edited exports.

If no count appears

  • Confirm that the target camera created the file.
  • Try the RAW original and check that EXIF and MakerNotes remain intact.
  • Review the model limitation below; a missing count does not mean the camera is unused.
